Refund Policy

Important: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds have specific conditions. Please read this policy before making your purchase.
1. General Policy
Good Digital sells instant-download digital products. Since it is impossible to "return" a digital file once downloaded, our refund policy is more restrictive than for physical products.
2. When Refunds Are Granted
We process full refunds in the following cases:
- The downloaded file is damaged or corrupted and cannot be opened.
- The delivered product is significantly different from its description.
- A technical error on our platform prevented the correct download.
- Duplicate charge for the same order.
3. When Refunds Are NOT Granted
We do not process refunds in the following cases:
- The product was successfully downloaded and works as described.
- Change of mind after downloading.
- The product is incompatible with software not specified in the description.
- You did not meet the technical requirements stated on the product page.
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact arriaza43@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with:
- Your order number.
- The email used for the purchase.
- Description of the problem encountered.
- Screenshots or evidence of the issue (if applicable).
We respond to all requests within a maximum of 48 business hours.
5. Refund Process
If your request is approved, the refund is processed via the original payment method:
- PayPal: 3–5 business days.
- Cryptocurrency: 1–3 business days to the original wallet.
6. Alternative Solutions
Before a refund, we try to resolve the issue:
- New download link if the previous one expired or failed.
- Alternative version of the file if there are compatibility issues.
- Store credit for the purchase value.
